These terms are a general version and may be updated. If anything here differs from what you agreed to when you bought a package, the version in force on the day of purchase applies to that package.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of LexFlow, the mobile app and the website at lexflowbd.com (together, "the service"), operated by LexAiTech, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. The service
LexFlow is a practice-management tool for advocates. It tracks published cause lists, sends alert notifications, keeps a diary with reminders, stores your case information and provides case-law search. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn over time.
3. Not legal advice, and not an official source
LexFlow is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the Judiciary or any government body. Cause-list information is taken from what the courts publish; the court's own publication is always the authority. Always confirm anything that matters against the official list or the official law report. Nothing in the service is legal advice.
4. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from the app or from the delete your account page.
5. Packages and payment
- The free package does not expire and needs no payment.
- Paid packages are prepaid for a fixed period, paid by bKash and checked by hand, usually within a working day. No card is stored and nothing renews itself.
- Prices are shown on the packages page. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
- If a payment cannot be matched or was made in error, contact us and we will resolve it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempt to access other users' data, to overload or disrupt the service, to copy it wholesale, or to use it for anything unlawful.
7. Your content and privacy
What you enter remains yours. We handle it as described in our privacy policy, and we do not sell it.
8. Availability and liability
We work hard to deliver every alert on time, but the service depends on the courts' websites, mobile networks and third-party providers, and cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the service, including a missed or delayed alert. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts at Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
