Delete your LexFlow account

You can close your LexFlow account and erase everything in it at any time. The fastest way is inside the app, and it takes effect immediately. If you have already uninstalled the app, use the email route further down and we will do it for you.

The fastest way: in the app

  1. Open LexFlow and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and open Account and data.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm your password (or sign in with Google again), then type your email address to confirm.

The account and its contents are deleted at that moment. You are signed out on every device.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email mdmzmoon@gmail.com from the email address the account is registered under, with the subject Delete my account. We use the address you write from to confirm it is your account — we cannot action a request for an account you cannot demonstrate is yours, because doing so would let anybody erase a stranger's case file.

Requests are actioned within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. You will get a confirmation once it is done.

What gets deleted

This cannot be undone. There is no backup we can restore your file from afterwards, and your cause-list alerts stop immediately — nothing will be watching your case numbers.

Deleted immediately Your sign-in account and profile (name, phone, enrolment number, bar association, photo); every case in your file; hearing dates, notes, orders, tasks and matters; saved judgments; your alert history and the record of which alerts were sent to you; the notification tokens for your devices; and your calendar feed link, which stops working at once.
Not deleted The Supreme Court's published cause lists themselves. Those are the court's own public records, are not personal to you, and are kept as published — they contain nothing that identifies you as a user of this app once your account is gone.

If you only want the notifications to stop

You do not need to delete your account. Turn off Push and Email under Profile, and the alerts stop while your case file stays where it is. Signing out has the same effect and is equally reversible.
